Yes or pay someone like myself to do it for you if your not web design minded.

Your question is not specific it involves a lot of things. Also chances are you won’t be able to do what your asking without learning some basic web site development.

Have you bought a book on this or browsed tutorial article websites that might be a good place to go next.
