How to make comments on wordpress be always visible?

I am trying to make all the comments on my wordpress blog to be always visible. How can I do that? I dont want the comments just be buried behind a ‘comments’ link. Please help!!!!
Thanks dhvrm but how can I do that? Im not a php literate. I only know html/css. Any ideas?

You edit your theme so that the comments always show.

You may use <a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote cite=""> <cite> <code> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> <strong> in your comment.
