MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate - New random linking feature added

You probably already know one of the main features of MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate. It automatically links the keyword to your affiliate link.

For EXAMPLE:

If you are an affiliate for a health supplements product, then you may want to link it to keywords such as:

  • “nutrition”
  • “supplements”
  • “protein”, etc.

If you have 10 “nutrition” keywords in a blog post and your settings says to link only 3 keywords then MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate will link to the first 3 nutrition keywords at the top. That means the remaining 7 keywords at the bottom will never get linked to.

healthsupplement11.jpg

That was a major problem with the current MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate version. In fact, all the similar products in the market just link to the top keywords only.

Guess what? MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate 1.8 new version solves this problem. Now, instead of linking to the first 3 keywords only, it now randomizes the keyword selection and selects 3 keywords randomly. That means, it might link the 1st, 5th and 9th keyword or other random position.

It might seem like a small add-on but we have spent a lot of time and completely re-written the algorithm of our plugin for just this one feature. It’s hard to have this option as well as make sure that the script runs smoothly without bugging down the webserver.

What this means for you:

  • getting clicks on ALL keywords, thus increasing your chance to pull-in even more affiliate sales, from the same effort!

Here’s a small warning though:

Don’t buy MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate yet as we’ll provide you with a limited time discount very soon. So you might want to stay tuned to our e-mails.

Great news - thanks for the update.
Just a couple of questions.
1. How to I get this new release if I already own Ninja Affiliate?
2. Has the issue with links not working on PC’s with Trend Micro been resolved?

Thanks much!
Ben

If you have already done that then it probably have been fixed.

I believe your plugin had a conflict with either Permalinks or the All In One SEO plugin. Has this been fixed???

Ted

Ted, it doesn’t conflict with All In One SEO plugin. Regarding permalink, you got to have custom permalink structure for Nina Affiliate plugin to function properly.

Do not use All in One SEO Pack. SEO Ultimate and Headspace together are much better.

When are we going to get H tag exclusion built in??

suman says

Robb, that would be possibly in the next major release of the plugin.

Does it randomize the links only one time per post or at every load of the page it would randomize again and again?

suman says
2009-08-16 02:28:14

It would randomize again and again, but only after the cache expiry time is reached.

2009-08-16 03:36:08

I would recommend not to do that. One of my pages was deleted from Google’s Index because of that and I had to ask Google to get it back into the Index after deleting this.

I stopped using the plugin because it also links your title keywords, along with subtitles. So all your headers , and so forth get linked.

Of course your keywords will be listed in the titles of your posts and pages, and they should be listed in your headers as well.

That’s bad, and on top of it, when reported by me, no response from the owner.

Jeff, if you had complained about it via support ticket then we might had already replied. But, yes, as of now the plugin is also linking the words within header tags (H1, H2, etc) and we’ll be surely fixing this issue in the upcoming versions :)

The concept of this plugin and ease of use are great. However, I don’t use it for the same reasons as Jeff. I also wanted the facility to have the url displayed in the address box to not show the affiliate link similar to the cloaking tool I currently use when it is in Stealth Mode. If these changes can be made I’ll be buying for sure.

Just one question though, I thought I read somewhere that Google penalized sites that had plenty of affiliate links?

I’ve never been able to get this plugin to work on the blogs I wanted it to. It doesn’t play nice with at least one of my favorite plugins, so I’ve never been able to get it to work.

Carma, which plugin is it conflicting with? You can create a support ticket (http://www.maxblogpress.com/contact-us/) explaining what exactly is the issue you are having?

I think this is a great feature as it definitely make our blog post look less spammy to our readers. I also like the fact that you can setup sub-campaigns on the fly and cloak affiliate links.

No need to need to insert links manually and save some more time … :o)

Kewl!!!

Hello,

I purchased this plugin 5 days ago and have never received a download password. I’ve contacted support 3 different times by way of 3 different methods and haven’t heard anything.

Please send the password so I can download. Thank you.

i have several blogs which I’d like to put Ninja Affiliate on but have just realised that if I do and convert to using the custom permalinks i may loose my historical posts? Is this correct.
Regards
Paul

What version of wordpress does this go up to?
Did you fix the “links in titles” issue
Once I pay how long will it take to get the licence? Is it immediate?
I heard that there was a 50% off code/link where is it?
