The Simplest Method to Get 189 Unique Blog Subscribers In 48 Hours or Less to Any Blog
Hey. Do you remember my last post where I talked about this topic:
Blog Traffic Tip: One Simple Post, 200 Unique Visits Overnight?
At the bottom I promised I’ll write another post about how I got exposed on a 9,175+ RSS circulation
“blogging” blog… at no-cost! And how you can easily copy-cat my strategy…
Guess what?
That post actually brought me tons of traffic. So let’s talk about my most successful post, shall we?
Next time I promise to talk about the other strategy, but for now here are the basics…
If you want to get lots of blog subscribers fast, then you need to do what I did. There’s nothing better than finding what works and copycating it.
Are you a fan of procrastinating as I am? It took me just 90 minutes to write the post we’re talking about in this article, but I had to postpone its writing 3 to 4 weeks…
I always knew deep inside that guest blogging was the real deal. One simple post on a high-traffic blog could bring you hundreds of visits and comments.
I’ve decided to guest post on Pawan’s blog because we were friends already and really like to read his blog. So it was the first time I guest blogged. Now, this has nothing to do with blogging on your own blog. You can have no blog whatsoever and still blog on other people’s blogs and get traffic.
Now there are two main aspects of traffic I wanted to discuss with you here, but first let me share with you how exactly I wrote that post.
First of all, I didn’t really have a specific topic in mind, but Pawan requested we write success stories type of blog posts, so I had to make sure what I revealed on his blog actually worked for me personally. So I took a few minutes and went back in time to “uncover” my most successful blog activities.
Once I found the topic, I started writing…
Secondly, even if you’re not a good writer, you can still guest blog post. I’m not a super writer myself, and to be even credible, my mother language is not English.
In conclusion, write without being affraid of typos, or what you’re going to say. Usually with a bit of exercise writing will become handy. The more you write, the better you get at it next time, and so on. Before you post your blog article on other people’s blogs, it’s smart you proof read your work, and even send it to a few of your online friends/contacts for their ideas.
I didn’t wrote the post and published it. In fact, I took a few hours to polish it and waited a day or two to hear back from my friends on some ideas that could help me improve my article.
Let’s talk about two main aspects of guest blogging traffic:
#1 – The first blog post on Pawan’s blog brought me 189 unique blog subscribers within 48 hours (I’m only counting AWEBER double opt-in subscribers)… besides that I also got about twice as that as RSS feed readers…
As an indirect result I’ve also made $150-$200 in product sales for my Lazy Blogging guide.
And I’ll continue to make a lot more money in the long term because I know have up to 200 subscribers I could send new content and promos on a regular basis. Try getting 200 subscribers with AdWords and you could find yourself spending days finding the right keywords for your landing page and hundreds of dollars to convert visitors into subscribers…
#2 – As I’m writing this, the blog post got up to 50 comments on Pawan’s blog, not to mention the 10+ comments on my blog on various blog posts
I highly recommend you start posting on Pawan’s blog if your blog is “blogging” related and on other people’s blogs in your niche. You can’t beat guest posting.
Like I said in the beginning, in the next “success story” I’ll share with you how I got exposed on a 9,175+ RSS circulation “blogging” blog… at no-cost! And how you can easily copy-cat my strategy.
Do you know the best part?
It works in any niche, regardless your blog is “established” already or brand-new.

Thanks for this new Infos. I hope do it all right to become Visitors on my Blog. Reading all your Tipps and they are Great.

Hey Thomas, I wonder why did you include your german site url in the “web site” field… do you like advertising to Chinese people? lol
I agree, this method has earned me a few subscribers each month and increased total traffic. It’s also great to receive guest posts as well, breaks up the one style of writing on a blog.

Hi, I am sorry but I must be a little dim I am not sure after reading this post twice if you mean going to a blog and leaving a comment or writing an article and asking a blogger to post it on their blog.
I do want to understand this as I would like to get the word out about as it is important.
